Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion.

Cancellation Policy

Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Custom cake orders require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date.

Liability

Bake Harbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Food Allergies
